Claim Procedure - Reimbursement
Under Reimbursement, the insured pays the expenses to the hospital and can later claim the reimbursement based on policy coverage.

Below are the documents required for reimbursement process:
  • Completely filled in Benefit policy claim form
  • Original discharge card
  • Hospital original bills with break up
  • Copy of ID card issued by Alankit
  • Policy copy (if available)

INTIMATION TO TPA’s

It is advised for the benefit of the claimant to adhere to the time limit prescribed by various Insurance Companies for “Intimation about Hospitalization” and “Submission of Claim Documents” complete in all respect, to the concerned TPA. In absence of above, the claim would be rejected by the TPA.

Insured / Patient / Attendant are required to comply with the respective Insurance Policy’s Terms & conditions and also to intimate timely to TPA’s (AHCL) by any of the modes regarding admission in the hospital where he/she is going to be admitted.
